eskimosoup is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team to achieve social good through creative marketing.

Typical duties will include: managing creative and digital projects through to completion, administrative support, assisting at events and event management, sourcing and managing suppliers, creativity and solving client challenges, arranging client meetings, plan and report writing.

Experience of working in an office is essential. Experience of working in a marketing team preferable.

The role would ideally suit some who is:

• A confident communicator eager to learn a range of new skills.
• Genuinely curious about marketing and media.
• Versatile and flexible within a rapidly changing working environment.
• An ingenious problem-solver.
• At least as eager to help others as you are to achieve individual goals.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with guru skills too. By this we mean that we know team members with a media and marketing related talent that they have a passion tend to be happier and more creatively fulfilled when this guru skill is put to good use, e.g. writing, film, audio, design, acting, music, photography, social media, presenting or anything else you’d like to bring to the party!

Pay and package:

In addition to the optional pension, cycle initiatives, we see this as a full or part-time role with pay increases at milestones that can be made upon evidence of good performance and value added.

Starting salary expectations are at an entry level with incremental pay increases as the role progresses over the initial 12 months before an end of first year appraisal.

eskimosoup has over the past few years hired people at an entry level and supported their development into head of department role with increased compensation to reflect the added responsibilities, values and expectations for interdependent working.
