After 15 years, we’re changing our name.
We are often asked, “why are you called eskimosoup?”, and the truth is that it was a quirky and memorable name with no literal meaning. A technique not rare in the creative sector.
When it was pointed out to us recently that “eskimo” is a term that is offensive to some people in the Arctic region we felt that a change was the right and only thing to do. Insensitivity is not what we’re about.
From Monday 4th April we’re trading as Eski.
We’re blessed in that our work has never been in such high demand from superb clients trusting us to create media and campaigns and social good. We’re doing it now with an identity more befitting of our values and purpose.
