Eski is looking for a socially minded Media Creator to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with at least a year’s experience working in a marketing team/agency though are flexible about the role, i.e. we’d consider part-time, full-time, freelancer on retainer, or acquisition of a small business.

We’re seeking a confident communicator for whom social purpose of their work is essential to support us with activities including:
·       Copywriting and proof reading of documents and articles.
·       Graphic design of social media posts and advertisements.
·       Audio and video editing at basic level, with opportunities to learn more.
·       Resizing designs for print and print management.
·       Website updates, inc. Eski news and blog.
·       Design of reports and proposals.
·       Sourcing campaign images from Stock libraries.
·       Social media posting for Eski and clients across a range of platforms.
·       Collecting visual assets, e.g. logos, brand guidelines.
·       Image editing.
·       Working with AI tools to increase quality and efficiency.

Realistically, this will require some learning on the job and will be supported.

Additionally, we’re seeking someone to provide general support on administrative tasks associated with media and communications such as film pre-production, keeping meeting minutes and delegating actions amongst the Eski team.

The outcomes of the role will require hitting home with our target audiences in the right way to raise awareness, challenge attitudes and in cases change behaviours in a positive way.

The role includes training and mentoring as part of small and growing team, and a package of enhanced benefits. Being based in Yorkshire and the Humber would be a plus. We require working with our team at our East Yorkshire base two or three times a week as part of our hybrid working.

Our expectations to join us at junior role are around £12.30 per hour, equivalent to £24,000 per annum. Individual consideration would be given to more experienced candidates.
