Hudgells – Two Decades
How do we give a voice to the victims of the biggest miscarriage of justice in UK legal history?
In early 2021 Executive Chairman of Hudgell Solicitors, Dr Neil Hudgell, challenged Eski with come up with an appropriate and effective way of giving their clients a voice on their experiences as victims of the Post Office scandal.
Working closely with the Hudgell Solicitors client care and communications team, we created a 30-minute film that told the story of the Horizon software scandal before it became the biggest news story of its time in early 2024 with the airing of the ITV drama ‘Mr Bates v The Post Office’.

Two Decades: The Fight For Justice, chronicles the moving personal experiences of falsely accused and wrongly convicted sub-postmasters battling against the goliath of the Post Office.
Described as “beautifully made” the film does not have a narrator or presenter, editorially opting instead to take the viewer through the story of the Post Office scandal through in the words of the victims fighting to overturn their wrongful convictions, along with those who broke the story and worked towards delivering justice.
Eski continues to work with Hudgell Solicitors to give a voice to their clients where there has been a miscarriage of justice.
