We developed this campaign on behalf of Humberside LMC to raise awareness of issues faced by NHS primary care workers and to educate the public on the way in which services run and operate.

The aim of the campaign was to give primary care workers a voice to boost staff moral whilst at the same time encouraging patients to consider their attitudes and behaviours towards staff.

We carried out research across the Humber and worked with professionals across various primary care settings to create the content for the campaign and made sure the materials put together reflected what was really happening.

Materials created were all made available for practices across the Humber to download and use in their physical settings and digitally through websites and social media. There is now a comprehensive bank of materials available to access which can continue to be used by primary care settings.
