Socially Good Training programme launched
eskimosoup has launched a free training programme focussed around sharing everything our team and partners learn about effective public & voluntary community sector creative and digital communications.
The first of the monthly webinar series is “building a successful communications campaign”. eskimosoup’s Managing Director, John Gilbert will share insights from his 15 years’ experience in social marketing through which he has led several successful campaigns working with the NHS, Home Office, Public Health England, police forces, local authorities and charities across a wide range of health and social issues.
eskimosoup has created Socially Good Training based on consultation with public and voluntary community sector (VCS) communicators. We learned that there is a desire to access a training programme covering the creative and practical aspects of work that first made many professionals fall in love with communications and engagement.
As the programme develops the aspiration is to provide continued professional development for communications officers and managers that shares the practical and up-to-date practices of communications and engagement being used by private sector marketing agencies for public sector outcomes.
The first session, building a successful communications campaign will take place from 2pm till 3.30pm on Wednesday 15th July on Zoom. Attendance is free, though pre-registration is required and can done here.
The second session, effective video and filmmaking, will take place from 2pm till 3.30pm on Tuesday 18th August also on Zoom. Attendance is free, though pre-registration is required and can done here.
