eskimosoup seeks two additional team members who can bring the dedication and flexibility required to help us achieve social good through creative marketing.

The strength of results means that we are growing and specifically, we welcome expressions of interest and applications for the positions of Administrator and special project lead, and Youth engagement lead.

Administrator and special project lead
The administrator and special project lead will be a varied role working with the whole team to bring things together during a period of growth for the company. Alongside this, the administrator will lead on the development of a special internal project that will strengthen our ability to deliver effectively for our clients.
Typical duties will include: team administrative support, office management, attending events, supporting research, arranging client meetings and deliveries.
Leading on the special project will include: arranging events, social media management, briefing associates and customer relationship management.
The role is a temporary position for 3 months initially, however depending on performance and business situation an extension or permanent role is possible.
Pay by negotiation. Part-time and full-time options considered. Role based in Hull.
Experience of working in an office essential. Experience of working in a marketing team preferable.

Youth engagement lead
The youth engagement lead will support the eskimosoup marketing team on projects and campaigns relating the health and social awareness of young people. This will require deep empathy, superb emotional intelligence, and a dedication to empowering young people to make the right choices for them.
Training on the health and social issues we are working on will be provided. Will need to be comfortable discussing difficult and emotionally charged subjects with young people.
Typical duties will include: managing relationships with schools and youth organisations, facilitating workshops, presenting to classes and year groups, attending events, creating learning resources, and mentoring young people.
Part-time role with minimum monthly hours and mutually working hour flexibility required. Term-time working hours is an option. Payment by negotiation. Role based in Hull, however the team member must be able to drive by car to provide support Humber-wide.
Experience of working with young people is essential.
