Spark! Summer Project – empowering the next generation of creative thinkers

Last week, we were delighted to host some of our Spark! Young Advisory board members to lead the design of their chosen summer project: an online recommendation guide tailored specifically for young people.

In a fast-paced creative session with the Eski team, board members Daniel, Flora, Joe and Maisie gained industry-level work experience of:

• Branding and format: Defining an identity and choosing the right digital media formats.
• Content and media: Mapping student-friendly recommendations complete with transport links and clear budget tiers.
• Project management: Creating frameworks to structure a potential launch.
• Pitching ideas: Presenting their plans to the Eski team for real-time feedback.

Youth voice and co-production isn’t just about listening to young people – it’s about giving them the agency, tools, and professional space to create solutions.
